This is a very simple app to send a receipt to your tenant. Fill out tenant information one time and the fields auto-complete in future transactions. Send the receipt either as a text message or an email. Sending via email allows for simpler research in the future for tax purposes. An email receipt includes the property, unit, and amount in the subject pre-filled in. App designed by property manager after repeatedly emailing and texting receipts.
